If you arrive 10 minutes or more after the start of your session, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. It is common practice for a therapist to charge for no-show/late-show sessions, however we recognize extenuating circumstances. Please contact Liz directly to determine if the reason for the missed session should result in a waived fee.
